 To allow X11 from the terminal add to .bash_profile
  export DISPLAY=localhost:0.0
 When connecting with ssh, bash will source .bash_profile instead of .bashrc on the remote machine, add a .bash_profile with content:

  fi
 To install PHP in Cygwin:

Disable Snap Assist in Windows 10

In the System Settings window, find and click Multitasking in the column on the left. Under the “Snap” category on the right, find the option labeled When I snap a window, show what I can snap next to it and set it to Off. This will disable Snap Assist in Windows 10.
